All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected).

*Coastal Pet Rescue adopted pets are microchipped. New pet parents are responsible for keeping their information accurate and up-to-date through the registry's free online system. (Information is provided as part of the adoption pack.)

Mia is getting along in her foster home with the other foster dog Tire, and an elderly cat. She loves walks, and has a medium energy level. Mia is well trained (having attended formal training to be a good dog with The Dog Spot, and is house broken. She loves to be around her foster parents, and meeting other people and dogs, and would love a home where she can get good daily exercise and playtime.

Adoption fees are $40 per feline and $150 per canine unless otherwise specified. Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.
