Remmy - Female American Bulldog

Rescued May 10, 2016
Approximate age: 5 - 6 years old (at time of rescue)
Activity Level: Moderate
Adult Size: Medium (25 to 50 pounds)
Good with: Dogs Cats Kids

Remmy is a sweet, happy dog who loves attention, and knows basic commands. As she is deaf, we are training on several hand signals, and she is picking up quickly.
She has a happy prance when she’s excited, and plays great! Knows when she can be rough and tumble with a younger, heavier dog in her foster home, but plays gentle with the older more fragile foster dog. (And just ignores the cat in the house.)
No one is a stranger to Remmy! She loves treats and car rides!

Remmy will also come with a training vibration collar thanks to Jim Reynolds and Beltone in Savannah.

All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped* and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected).

CPR has implanted a microchip as part of the adoption process and the chip is included in the adoption fee. However, some chip companies require a registration fee varying from $9.99 to $19.99. The registration fees are the responsibility of the adopter and are NOT included in the CPR adoption fee. Adopters may add this cost to their adoption fee to have CPR register the chip on their behalf.

Adoption Fees:
Kittens: $60, Cats (1 year plus): $50, Puppies: $250, Adult Canines (1 to 6 years): $200, Seniors (7 years plus): $100 (unless otherwise specified). Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.

30 Days Pet Insurance:
As a Petfinder member, all adopters are entitled to a free 30 day insurance policy through PetFirst. Coastal Pet Rescue is not responsible for this policy. Adopters must call PetFirst’s toll-free number 855-710-7387 to activate the coverage. If adopters fail to call, the policy will not be activated.
