Low-cost Vaccine Clinic and Pet Adoption Day Coming to Port Wentworth April 5th

(Savannah, GA) - March 19, 2014

(Port Wentworth, GA) - Get your pets current on their shots or look to add another four-legged member to your family this April.

On Saturday, April 5th, the Animal Hospital at Rice Hope and Coastal Pet Rescue will team up for a low-cost vaccine clinic and adoption day from 12 to 2 pm at the clinic located at 7512 Hwy 21.

Families attending the vaccine clinic will need to have their pets on a leash or in a carrier. Vaccines available include rabies, flu, da2pp, bordatella, lyme, lepto, fvrcp, felv. Heartworm and fecal testing and microchipping will also be available.

In addition to meeting adoptable pets, the community is invited to talk with Coastal Pet Rescue representatives about volunteer opportunities and how they can help change the lives of homeless pets in our area.
