Update August 3 2006
After our aged poodle died, my husband and I decided that our pet owning days were over. A few months passed and all the while, the empty space in our house and our hearts grew bigger.

One day, when I was reading the morning paper, I saw a picture of Bella, a gorgeous Himalayan cat who was in foster care and in need of a permanent home. After consulting with my husband, I rushed to the computer and filled out an adoption form. There were a lot of people who wanted to adopt her, but we were chosen to be her new family. I was impressed with the application process which carefully screened prospective adopters and with the personal home visit that Lisa made before allowing us to take Bella into our home. Bella was beautiful and healthy far beyond our expectations.

At first, Bella was standoffish. She had been through several homes before coming to ours. She had some 'issues' because of her insecuirty. CPR stayed in touch with us and and gave us advice which helped with Bella's transition. Within a couple of months, she became part of our family. Bella is the warmest and most loving cat that we have ever owned.

I am delighted with CPR and with our adopted pet.
