Update August 2 2007
Kia Bella (Airleah) I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how Airleah is doing. Like you had said she was not responding to her name so We started calling her Kia Bella. She seemed to like it because she responded to it almost immediately. Her and Shadow, my other Husky, have been getting along really well. They follow each other every where and I have caught them cruising the table and kitchen counters together. They have also started to sleep next to

each other during their afternoon naps. She walks on the leash with Shadow and I real well and seems to enjoy it. They both go straight to the door as soon as they hear me get their leashes and wait for me ready for their walk. We are building our fence in the back yard this weekend so I will have more space to work with her a little better. She still has a little bit of a possiveness issue, but it isn't serious and I'm sure she will over come that when I start working with her in the yard where we wont have the usual house distractions. We went to the vet. Tuesday so I could get her weight and get her started on her heart worm prevention. She weighted in at 39.1 pounds and her coat is getting thicker and softer. She is showing signs of cataracts in her right eye so we will have to

keep an eye on that. Otherwise she is doing great and has warmed up to everyone. I have pics but cant get my computer to read them for some reason. As soon as I can figure out the problem and get them downloaded I will email them to you.
