Coastal Pet Rescue received a call of a cat on its last legs and were sent to investigate. WE found her during the middle of a rainstorm and she was laying on the side of the road, possibly clipped by a car. She was ok but stunned and filthy. After a trip to the vet, we learned she had ulcers on her tongue that had kept her from cleaning herself in proper cat manner.After a trip to the vet and some medicine Stormy has made a fabulous recovery and is back to eating dry food and sleeping on a thick cushy bed.
