Lorraine - Female Domestic Short Hair

Rescued October 13, 2023
Approximate age: 2 Years (at time of rescue)
Activity Level: Moderate
Adult Size: X-Small (under 10 pounds)
Good with:

Lorraine is a sweet black cat with stunning golden-green eyes that change with the light. She loves lounging on cat trees and soaking up the sun in windows, enjoying her treats, and occasionally getting the zoomies.
While she isn't particularly fond of other cats, she will coexist peacefully if they respect her space. Lorraine could also live with a well-mannered dog who does the same and wouldn't chase her. Having been a mama herself, she is ready for the companionship of older kids or mature company.
Lorraine is very sweet and loving and loves to tell you all about her day. She wouldn't mind being your one and only furry friend, bringing her unique charm and warmth into your home.
Don’t wait to submit an application to meet this beauty and let’s get this girl into her new forever home.

All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped* and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected).

Microchip:
CPR has implanted a microchip as part of the adoption process and the chip is included in the adoption fee. Some pets come to us already microchipped by other companies. However, some chip companies require a registration fee varying from $9.99 to $19.99. The registration fees are the responsibility of the adopter and are NOT included in the CPR adoption fee. Adopters may add this cost to their adoption fee to have CPR register the chip on their behalf (for AKC Reunite chips only).

Adoption Fees:
Kittens: $60, Cats (1 year plus): $50, Puppies: $250, Adult Canines (1 to 6 years): $200, Seniors (7 years plus): $100 (unless otherwise specified). Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.

30 Days Pet Insurance:
As a Petfinder member, all adopters are entitled to a free 30 day insurance policy through PetFirst. Coastal Pet Rescue is not responsible for this policy. Adopters must call PetFirst’s toll-free number 855-710-7387 to activate the coverage. If adopters fail to call, the policy will not be activated.
