DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR ADOPTION OR SURRENDER INQUIRIES. Adoption meet and greets are only scheduled AFTER an adoption application has been submitted. Pets remain on our website until they are adoption pending. Adoption applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received.

Use this form for surrendering your pets. This is the only form that will be reviewed for surrender requests.

Donations can be dropped off anytime at 7430 Thomas Ave, Savannah, GA 31406. We have a donations bin outside our gate. Please note that we do not accept opened bags of pet food. We are always in need of towels, hand towels, and appreciate blankets in cooler months, but please no sheets or pillowcases.
