Jiffy Lube Hearts on Wheels

Coastal Pet Rescue's founder, Lisa Scarbrough, was selected as this year's Jiffy Lube Hearts on Wheels winner (click here for press release). The public relations firm flew down on September 15th and shot B-roll footage to be aired as Lisa was interviewed. Lisa was flown to New York on the 20th to appear in a satellite media tour on the 21st. Jason Schwartz, CPR's vice president, made arrangements for Lisa to visit with the ASPCA after the SMT was over. Thanks to Joe Pentangelo, public relations specialist for the ASPCA law enforcement, Lisa was able to meet with Annemarie Lucas, Joann Sandano, and Kristi Adams who are known widely from Animal Planet's Animal Precinct. Annemarie even bequeathed a special souvenier: an official ASPCA cap. (And ladies, they have some VERY fine looking men in that agency, but they all showed up as I was leaving, so I didn't get a photo op with them. Maybe next time!)
