Coastal Pet Rescue Adoption Day and Blood Drive at TailsSpin Saturday, December 5

(Savannah, GA) - November 21, 2009

While giving may be tight around the holidays, Coastal Pet Rescue has an easy way for you to give.

On Saturday, December 5th, TailsSpin will host Coastal Pet Rescue for another adoption day from 11 am to 2 pm in Habersham Village. During the event, The Savannah Community Blood Bank will be on site for blood donations. For every blood donor, the Savannah Community Blood Bank will donate $5.00 to Coastal Pet Rescue.

“This is a unique opportunity for Savannah residents to help two causes at once,” says Lisa Scarbrough, president and founder of Coastal Pet Rescue.

Coastal Pet Rescue will also have pets available for adoption on site. But if you can’t wait until December 5th, you can see curious cats and dazzling dogs looking for homes now on the organization’s website, http://www.coastalpetrescue.org.
