Coastal Pet Rescue Announces 2007 Home 4 the Holidays Program

(Savannah, GA) - October 15, 2007

Coastal Pet Rescue’s homeless pets are looking forward to Santa’s arrival this year, but even Santa needs helpers.

The annual Home 4 the Holidays runs from November 4th through January 2nd and is an effort to encourage adoption of homeless pets at the holidays. Coastal Pet Rescue also uses this program as a donation and supply drive to help the group with preparations of the next year’s rescues.

“Our 2006 Home 4 the Holidays was a great success,” says Lisa Scarbrough, president and founder of Coastal Pet Rescue. “We raised $3,000 from sponsors and donors, and found homes for 24 canines and 4 felines.”
