Make a New Year’s Resolution to Help Homeless Pets

(Savannah, GA) - January 05, 2008

Coastal Pet Rescue is looking to help individuals give more of themselves in 2008.

On Saturday, January 12, Coastal Pet Rescue will conduct a new volunteer orientation from 11 am to 2 pm at AASU Solms Hall Room 108. Coastal Pet Rescue’s leadership team will be on hand to explain how the organization works and train you for upcoming events.

Having served 149 canines and 46 felines in 2007, Coastal Pet Rescue needs new volunteers to facilitate more rescues in 2008. The organization already received 14 puppies and one mom in the first week of the new year.

Persons interested in attending the volunteer orientation need to RSVP to 912.351.4151 or visit http://www.coastalpetrescue.org for more information.
